Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition, with all tags attached (if applicable)
In its original packaging, where possible

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

Condition of Returned Items

All returns are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a used, worn, or altered condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case:

No refund will be issued
The item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense

We encourage customers to try items on gently and avoid wearing or using them before deciding to return, to ensure eligibility for a refund.

How to Start a Return

We'll provide you with return instructions
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
