About This Fabric
Plant-dyed cotton, dyed by hand with indigo, turmeric, and kashish. The reverse side features Bagru block print, in either kashish or indigo.

Our plant dyes are alive. Colors may bleed a little at first, and no two pieces are ever quite alike — shifts in depth and tone aren't flaws, they're the signature of hand-dyeing. Like fine raw denim, the color mellows and grows more beautiful with wear.

About This Fit
Cut wide and cropped, with a generous, oversized fit made to last through the years. 100% cotton inside and out, with a cotton fill that keeps it padded and cozy while still breathable — good for all weather. The relaxed fit means it can be worn over clothes for extra warmth, or on its own in summer. Reversible, so your little one gets two looks out of one vest.

Sizing
Modeled on ages 3, 6, and 10 — the 3 and 6 year old are wearing a Small, and the 10 year old is wearing a Large.

Care
Colors, especially indigo, will bleed with the first wash — wash by hand and separately for the first wash. After that, wash gently and separately in cool water with mild soap. Dry in shade.
