About This Fabric
Raw silk and cotton, dyed in plant dyes. Without chemical processing, the silk keeps its sericin — the silkworm's own protective gum — which guards the fiber and extends the life of the cloth. New, the fabric has a subtle crispness that softens with every wash into a supple, lived-in drape.

Our plant dyes are alive. It may bleed at first, and no two pieces are ever quite alike. Shifts in depth and tone are not flaws but the signature of the hand-dyed. Like fine raw denim, the color will mellow and grow more beautiful with wear.

About This Fit
A single abalone seashell button at one shoulder keeps things simple to get on and off. The legs roll up for a two-year-old and roll back down as they grow — made to fit and flatter from age 2 all the way to 4.

Care
Wash gently and separately in cool water with mild soap. A faint natural scent fades with the first washes. Each wash brings softness; each wear brings character.
