About This Fabric
Raw silk and cotton, dyed in indigo or left naturally undyed. The silk keeps its sericin — the silkworm's own protective gum — which guards the fiber and extends the life of the cloth. New, the fabric has a subtle crispness that softens with every wash into a supple, lived-in drape.

At first glance, it could pass for an ordinary cotton tee. Look closer, and the handspun, natural weave of raw silk reveals itself — a texture and character no machine-made fabric can replicate. No two shirts look quite the same.

Our indigo is alive. It may bleed at first, and no two pieces are ever quite alike. Shifts in depth and tone are not flaws, but the signature of the hand-dyed. Like fine raw denim, the color will mellow and grow more beautiful with wear.

About This Fit
A classic chest pocket adds a touch of polish, so the shirt moves easily from dressed-down to dressed-up.

Care
Wash gently and separately in cool water with mild soap. A faint natural scent fades with the first few washes. Each wash brings softness; each wear brings character.
